Can I use my gift card anywhere at Crystal Mountain?
It can be used at Crystal Mountain owned operations, but not online. Gift cards may only be used in person. Gift cards are not accepted at the Waffle Cabin.
Can a gift card be used by more than one person?
Yes, gift cards are transferable.
What if I lose my gift card?
Sorry, Crystal Mountain cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Crystal Mountain gift cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be refunded.
