deposit and cancellation policies
for your upcoming stay
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY: Thank you for confirming and accepting the reservation terms and conditions, while booking your on-line reservation.
- A deposit equaling 50% of your total stay is required to confirm your reservation. If you are scheduled for 1 night, your total stay is required to confirm your reservation.
- Your deposit is refundable, less a $10 administrative fee, if you notify us of cancellation or modification at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
- Cancellations or modifications made to your reservation including changing dates, or reducing the length of stay inside 14 days of arrival require forfeiture of total deposit amount.
- Holiday reservations with stay dates between December 26 - January 1 must be canceled on or before November 1 to receive the deposit less a $10 administrative fee. After November 1 you forfeit your entire deposit.
- All cancellations must be processed via our representatives, we do not accept cancellations via email.
- We do not accept cancellations due to weather.
- Failure to arrive on a confirmed reservation date will result in forfeiture of the total deposit amount.
- Once checked in, no modifications to your dates will be permitted without forfeiting entirety of scheduled stay.
- No refunds on unused portion of package stays.
DEPOSIT GUARANTEE: Deposit Guarantee may be purchased when reserving your stay to protect your deposit within our 14 day cancellation period.
- Deposit Guarantee means that upon cancellation within 14 days your deposit will be put onto a house account for you to use towards a future lodging stay and must be reserved within 1 year of the original reservation date.
- Deposit Guarantee is $25 per night adding additional nights after the original purchase will change your Deposit Guarantee amount.
- Deposit Guarantee must be purchased, and paid in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations outside 14 days are refundable less the $10 administrative fee, as well as a full refund of the Deposit Guarantee fee.
- Deposit Guarantee is not available for reservations with stay dates between December 26 – January 1.
