Outdoor Pool & Water Playground

Crystal Mountain’s Park at Water’s Edge is a one-acre, outdoor water playground that provides a splashtastic time for kids of all ages. Please Note: Hours of operation are subject to change and are weather permitting. Pool toys and water wing-type floaties, are prohibited in the pool area. Coast Guard approved life vests are allowed. 

Daily Rates:

• $22 per person, per day. Ages 2 and under free.
• After 5pm Rate: $15 per person, per day. Ages 2 and under free.
• Complimentary for resort houseguests. Resort Houseguests must wear the wristbands issued in the resort check-in packet for pool admission. 
• Complimentary for Four Seasons Club Members.
• Four Seasons Club Members must present their own Four Seasons Card for admission. Guests of members must be paid for on the Member's account.

Day passes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis at the Park at Water's Edge. Advance purchase and reservations are not available.

May 27 - 30: Closed (no lap swim)
May 31 - June 12: 11am - 5pm (no lap swim)
June 13 - August 16: 10am - 8pm
August 17 - 28: 10am - 6pm
August 29 - 31: 10am - 8pm
September 1: 10am - 6pm
September 2 - 5: Closed (no lap swim)
September 6 - 7: 10am - 6pm
September 8: Closed for Season

Lap Swimming:

• Lap Swim is available from 9am - 9:50am on operational pool dates above unless otherwise noted. 
• The Outdoor Water Playground is not available during Lap Swimming hours. 
• Lap lanes will be up to double occupancy unless sharing a lane with others from your household (up to 3 people) is allowed. 
• Reservations for lap swimming are required. Guests and Members may make up to 4 lap swim reservations per week by calling the Park at Water's Edge at 231-378-2238. Only those registered are allowed inside the pool area during the Lap Swim time. Lap swimming may be reserved beginning April 1. Walk-up availability may be limited. 
• A guest is considered a no-show if you are 10 minutes late from your scheduled lap swim time, and your slot will be forfeited for other guests.
• Lap swim sessions are complimentary for resort houseguests and Four Seasons Club Members. Day Guests may utilize the pool for lap swim only for $20 per person, or with the purchase of a daily pool pass.

Cabana Rentals

Enjoy a private, shaded cabana with seating for six guests. Includes two loungers and four deck chairs, table and outdoor rug. 

Reservations:

Advanced reservations for cabanas are highly recommended. Online reservations coming soon!

Cost:

• $150 - $200 per day, per cabana. Prices may vary by date.
• Four Seasons Club Members will need to book over the phone or in person at the Park at Water's Edge in order to receive their member discount.
• Outdoor Pool Day Guest admission is required and is not included in the cost of a cabana rental.

Please Note: Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made less than 48-hours prior to the cabana reservation.

Outdoor Pool Rules

• All guests must sign in at the Park at Water's Edge before entering the pool area daily.
• Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for the children. DO NOT leave children unattended.
• For pool entry, houseguests must wear their pool wristbands, provided by the Front Desk. 
• Each Four Seasons Club Member must show their own card for entry.
• Lifeguard instructions must be followed at all times.
• Proper swimwear is required, no cut-off jeans allowed.
• Showers required before entering the pool.
• No running, jumping or diving allowed.
• No personal toys allowed.
• Only Coast Guard approved life vests are recommended.
• No glass or hazardous objects allowed.
• No coolers permitted inside the pool area.
• No personal food or beverages allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking or vaping allowed.
• Use of pool is not recommended for those under the influence of alcohol.

SWIM DIAPER POLICY: Non-toilet trained individuals must wear a swim diaper and/or snug fitting vinyl covers under the bathing suit while in the pool. Disposable diapers are not allowed in the pool. Please encourage children of all ages to take frequent bathroom breaks. Swim diapers can be purchased for $3.50 at the Park at Water's Edge desk.
