Total Body Dumbbells: Tabata Style

This is a full body workout with only dumbbells. We will focus on arms, back, legs and core! Great for beginner weight lifters, anyone looking to shape up or if you want to gain muscle. Tabata is a high-intensity interval workout with 20-second bursts of intense exercise followed by 10-second rests, typically repeated 3-5 times.
