This 50-minute workout is designed to help adults build strength and mobility, and help prevent injuries while playing pickleball. This class is geared for older adults or for participants looking for a low to moderate fitness class.
Prior to your fitness class, fill out your online waiver . Please check-in at the Peak Desk 10-minutes prior to class.
