Fun and invigorating, based on linking movement with breath. An energizing flow infused with sun salutations, standing postures and some of the more basic arm balances, inversions and backbends. Basic yoga knowledge is recommended for a more enjoyable experience, but all stages of the posture are explained so that all levels are safe and welcome.
Prior to your fitness class, fill out your online waiver . Please check-in at the Peak Desk 10-minutes prior to class. Mats will not be provided, but our participants can bring their own mat.
