This form may be used for change requests towards pre-purchased lift tickets, equipment rentals, snowsports lessons and activity reservations.
- Lift Ticket and Rental vouchers will only be mailed to guests who pre-purchased online at secure.crystalmountain.com. This request must be made no later than 4pm the day before your rental or original lift ticket was set to begin.
- Vouchers are not available for snowsports lessons or activity reservations.
- Snowsports lesson changes or cancellations must be made at least 72-hours in advance for all lessons.
- Activity changes or cancellations must be made at least 24-hours prior to your activity reservation.
