At Crystal, adventure has no limits. We offer several off-site escapes for those who wish to explore the great outdoors beyond Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa.

On the Betsie River with Crystal Adventures
Enjoy a two-hour float trip on the scenic Betsie River - just minutes from the resort. Ideal for novice paddlers looking for family adventure. Shuttle departs daily at 1pm and returns to Crystal Mountain by 3:30pm, (June 11 thru September 5, 2011). $40 per canoe or $30 per single kayak, includes transportation to/from the river.

On the Platte River with Honor Trading Post 
This gentle, two-hour float down the beautiful Platte River ends on the sugary sand beaches of Lake Michigan. Trips offered daily on the hour, just 20 minutes from the resort. Transportation not included. $35 per canoe, $25 per single kayak and $40 per double kayak.

This mellow float trip is ideal for all ages – $25 per person includes National Lakeshore Park Pass, equipment and transportation. Float time averages 1.5 hours. Supervised trips are also available for ages 8-12, $39 per child. One trip offered from 12:30-4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, (June 11 thru September 5, 2011).

Take an exciting two-hour tour of Benzie County with Crystal Adventures new guided ATV trail tours. Driver must have a valid license and attend a safety briefing. First ATV $99.

- Half-day (5 hours) up to four people: $550
$50 for each additional person (up to 6 maximum)
- Full-day (8 hours) up to six people: $750

THE GARDEN THEATER IN FRANKFORT
Benzie County has one of the greatest ways to step back in time and enjoy a summer blockbuster movie on the big screen. Frankfort's historic GARDEN THEATER has been open since 1924. The classic single-screen theater shows first-run movies and classics.
