Exercise program in the Peak Pool designed for individuals with water aerobics experience ranging from basic to advanced. If you are looking for a fun and rewarding workout, this one is for you.
Aqua Fit
Tuesdays at 6:05pm - Peak Pool
Learn the basics of water aerobics with our staff of professional instructors. A great introduction for the rookie as well as the seasoned veteran. (Class is part of Spa-Fit Night - Additional Charge Applies)
Beach Body Boot Camp
Tuesdays: Level 1 at 9am, Level 2 at 8am - Motion Studio

This program is Crystal Mountain's Signature Boot Camp! Our professional instructors guide you through this cardio, strength and endurance full-body workout designed for the average to elite exercise enthusiast. Classes are setup in a circuit style fitness training program. Level 1 is designed for beginners and Level 2 is designed for more advanced fitness training.

Meet at The Peak Fitness Center with your bottled water and hiking shoes. Enjoy a one-hour moderate-fitness-level hike up the mountain led by Peak staff. Rental ski walking poles are available to enhance your workout.

Meet at The Peak Fitness Center with your bottled water and walking shoes. Enjoy a wonderful one-hour stroll perfect for the whole family! Led by Peak staff this walk takes you to the Michigan Legacy Art Park. Rental ski walking poles are available to enhance your walking workout.

Pilates 101

Pilates exercises aim to strengthen the core while developing the muscles that provide support for the spine. Held in our Motion Studio, our pilates program focuses on increased strength & flexibility with the goal of achieving a more balanced body.
Strengthen & Tone with Stretch Bands
Tuesdays at 5:30pm - Motion Studio

Total Core
Wednesdays at 6pm - Motion Studio
The Total Core program focuses on your abdominal and back muscles. This tempo core workout is designed to work your core in a fun and vibrant manor. If you want to tone your mid-section while adding cardiovascular exercise, this program is for you! We start with a dynamic warm-up and move right into a very intense calorie-burning group exercise program.
Yoga 101
