The 18,500 square-foot facility was designed and built to minimize its impact on the environment while maximizing its efficiency. The technologies and materials used in the process have enabled Crystal Spa to be the only LEED certified spa in the Midwest (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and one of only six in the U.S.

The Heart of the Crystal Experience Crystal Spa is located – both literally and figuratively - at the heart of resort life. By connecting it to the existing Peak Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, the spa is an integral element in our core that adds vitality and density in the area that is designed as the hub. 		Peak Pool & Fitness Center The new facility also includes a 1,800 square-foot addition to the north side of the existing Peak Indoor Pool & Fitness Center , tripling the size of the current fitness center. First-class cardio and weight equipment have been added, as well as indoor and outdoor motion studios for yoga, Pilates, stretching and aerobics classes. Fitness trainers and instructors are engaged as part of Crystal ’s Peak Performance programming for healthy lifestyles.

Two Distinct Environments, One Common Goal Though they are located in the same facility, we recognize that the spa experience is very different from the energy level in the fitness center. The main entry into the building from the street is shared, but the interior spa reception area, as well as luxurious women and men’s private locker rooms, a relaxation lounge and meditation garden, are accessible exclusively to spa guests. Our twelve treatment rooms are located on the lower level of the spa, accessed by either a private elevator or staircase. Spa guests may enter the pool area from the spa, but access from the pool area to the spa is restricted to spa guests only. Quite simply, when you enter the spa, you are in “ Spa Land ,” an 11,000 square-foot haven dedicated to your renewal of mind, body and spirit (and the pampering of your choice!). Crystal Mountain is committed to providing our guests with a destination resort experience that offers the best in recreation, health and wellness. Whether you’re visiting Crystal for a family vacation, meeting or conference, or an afternoon escape, Crystal Spa is a key element in this ongoing commitment.
